so close, yet so far!

Got on the scale this morning and am now 0.9 lbs. from my goal (though I will be revising it once reached).  Ms. Impatience here has been anticipating reaching goal and it's taking longer than MY schedule says!   LOL  In all seriousness, I was thrilled this morning.  I was feeling fat for a couple of days.  I knew in my head things were okay, but that old emotional rollercoaster woke the demons up and they kept saying mean, nasty things!  So today, I'm shutting those demons up!

Those demons can be a ***** can't they?

I know what you mean about feeling fat... I'm feeling fat right now too, despite staying on plan. So frustrating!
