I don't know if this is normal, but, I lost exactly 4lbs in 21 hrs. 10lbs since 7/3. I'll be 4 weeks post-op on Thursday.Furthermore, I haven't done any exercises, hell, I haven't even really left the house. I believe I need to find out how many calories does the body burn a day, just to survive, then adjust accordingly.  Anyone experiencing similar results?

It's water weight.

Sadly, no one can lose or gain 4lbs of fat overnight.

And, yes, it happens to me daily even at 3 years post-op.

Agree with Usaf.  Not so troubling when you see the 4 pound drop- but be warned it can go in the other direction too.  I have gone to bed right after weighing, woke up 5 hours later, and post a 3 pound gain.  Just part of the process.

it's all water, and it may go up and down for no reason at all at times.  i used to be obsessed with the scale and then finally am very relaxed about it.  even if it doesn't move at all or goes up a pound, i know it will go back down if i am following my protocol.

i see you are in hightstown, i'm about 20 minutes from there in yardville!  good luck to you and congratulations on being 4 weeks post op!

It happened to me and guess what I kept it off.
It happened a couple of days post op.
It could have been water weight, but Hell I'll take it!
Enjoy every min...of this.
Beware of the scale because sometimes the weight does fluctuate through the week.
