Posting again for recipes... beverage

The other day I posed a request for links to recipes... I got lots of GREAT feedback, and have made a whole document of these links and recipes!  Thanks so much! 

I should have been a bit more specific though!  I have not had my surgery yet, I have 4-6 weeks left to wait, but would like to be prepared for my liquid only diet, there are so many protein powders etc out there, and thats fine...  I'll figure out which ones I like etc, what I'm looking for is recipes for protein drinks, shakes etc... your favourite ones that you used pre-op and post-op, (2 weeks before surgery and few weeks after surgery).

what is your favourite?   Links to sites would be great too.

Be careful stocking up on a bunch protein before surgery. Your taste may change. Mine did..

Thanks!  Thats good to know!  I need to get some though, I have 2 weeks prior to and the weeks post op... and no stores that sell, so I will be ordering online.  I wish there were more that offered smaller sizes or sample sizes.
