White blood cells turn over very quickly and can vary quite a bit from day to day. A few points probably isn't anything to worry about, especially if the other blood component values are within normal limits. If your surgeon is concerned, he/she will order another test.

Were they below 3500?

Normal range for White blood cells: 3.5-12.5

The neutrophils are a bit low, but without knowing the total white blood cell count, it is difficult to determine the significance. If it is too low, your surgeon will order a repeat blood count.
