My scale is not moving.  I am accepting that I will probably be a slow loser, but I keep losing one and gaining 1,  I started on purees but all I have been eating are egg whites and mozzarella this week.

Yup the famous 3 week stall! I actually went up at 3 weeks and then lost a bunch the following week. I didn't realize it happened this early on and was very surprised/angry but then people on here told me it was normal! It sucks going through it but I promise the scale will lose again!

I stalled at two and a half weeks and have been there ever since. I have even gained 5 lbs, although I lost two of those in the past day or so. I hope that I am seeing the end of mine. I am a little over five weeks out and am ready to lose some more weight. Come on scales, be nice to us!!!

What we really need to do is put the scales away for a couple of weeks, continue eating and drinking the right things, then come back to them and see what happens!

Good luck with the stall, I hope it leaves you quicker than mine has left me.

Lol I actually considered throwing mine off the balcony this morning.  I came to that conclusion, no to get on it again until next week.   I am going to finish the week of with my liquids and start walking a little more.

Good luck to you,  keep me posted.

Your body is still healing and it doesn't mean your going to be a slow loser. Your still new to thIs don't get discouraged. Stalls are normal and eveyone has experienced it. You'll get there just be patient. The scale can definitely be your enemy. Try not to weigh everyday. Just do it once a week.
