8 months = 80 Pounds lost (GOAL!!!) W/Pic

Well I am actually 9 days shy of 8 months since I had my VSG and being deployed I haven't had any access to Internet to update my status, but I finally made it, GOAL WEIGHT!

December 12, 2011 Weight-298 - - - Today - 215  

December 12, 2011 Diabetic - Today - All levels normal, not diabetic any longer!  

December 12, 2011 Size 42 Jeans - Today - Size 34 (And they are a bit loose!)  

December 12, 2011 High Blood Pressure - Today - 121/68 (Normal!)  

December 12, 2011 High Cholesterol (LDL = 300+, Triglycerides = 820) - Today - Normal (UNDER 200)  
I am 100% off of ALL medications and am in "terrific health" as my Dr just informed me!   

If anyone is on the fence on whether or not the VSG will work or you just had the VSG and your going through a bit of a hard time (We all do), Umm, Yes it does! Good luck to everyone!

Congratulations on reaching goal!
