I mix all of mine in the blender with low cal unsweetned almond mil**** and artifical sweetner. Early post op I couldnt do the thick texture of a shake, so I'd probably put it in the blender without the ice or just shake really well.

I just tried the chocolate truffle yesterday for the first time. I mixed 6 oz skim milk , 3 small ice cubes, and 1 table spoon of peterpan light whipped peanut butter. I put it in the ninja and OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Protein Shake I've had so far!!!!!!!!

I like the PB2 better than real peanut butter - it gives it more a PB flavor :)

My favorite is prob vanilla protein, PB2, and SF strawberry torani.

Or the double stuff/mint cookie powders.

I made a twisted cherry and G2 lemon/lime slushy for breakfast today - pretty good! I was going for the Sonic Cherry Limeade taste and it came pretty close.
