My Birthday Today!

Its my 65th birthday today. I don't want to eat too much because I have worked hard to get to 150. I wish to stay at or near that the rest of my life. My two sisters were smokers, they died at 50 and 56; so I have tried to be healthy by being a good wls patient. I am sorry they did not quit smoking or their bad habits of either eating or eating healthy. God bless them both!

Going to a seafood rest for dinner. They have a sugar dessert whiche will be good. SF ice creah m with raspberries and strawberries and sf chocolate sauce. Better than the eclair or cake....
