11 month surgiversary
Just checking in to mark my 11 month surgiversary. Things are going great. I feel great, look great, no complications--no issues of any kind. As I've posted before, I no longer have sleep apnea, my labs are perfect, my cholesterol dropped from 244 to 140.
I started at 261 lbs and as of today weigh 133.4. BMI was 45.5 and is now 23.3 which is in the normal range.
All of my stats are in my signature below. I stil managed to lose 7.6 lbs this month. As a matter of fact, from months 6-11 I have lost a total of 43.6 lbs!! Sooo....yes you CAN lose weight after that magical window of the first 6 months.
Obviously the weight is coming off much more slowly now. I am shooting for 130 so I only have to lose 3.4 more lbs. I could have stopped losing probably 10 lbs ago but I am petite with a small frame so I wanted some bounce around room.
