It has been a whole month since I lost any weight.  I am on a regular diet and watching my calories and exercising a few times a week.  I am still having protein drinks twice a day.  I am 3 months post op.  Please help with any advice, so I can get this train moving again!!!

 Can't help unless I know -

how many cals per day?
how many carbs per day?
How much exercise/what kind?
How much protein and how much water?

I think under the faq for newbies it says there are common stalls at 3 weeks post op, 3 months and 6 months. This could be what you are going through if you are eating correctly. If so, this is where you will probably find your inches dropping like crazy, pants really getting loose all of a sudden?

Always include the answers to the above questions if you are looking for some help with your question.

Enjoy the ride.

I stalled ALL the time. I broke my stalls by staying CONSISTENT in my logging everything I put in my mouth and ALL my exercise. My Fitness Pal is a great tool if you don't already use another site for logging. Keep MOVING!!!  I can't stress this enough. Find something you enjoy and do it. For me is was Zumba at first then running. I HATED to run all my life but now it is a mental challenge.  I also chose 1 day a week to "carb load"...usually on Sunday. I would eat extra carbs and "confuse" my metabolism to break the week long high protein ketosis cycle. This worked for me. Ask your DR what he/she recommends too. Hope you find a "nugget" of help in what worked for me. Just believe in yourself!!!
