Question regarding miso soup
Would you consider the freeze dried miso soup packets as a suitable choice as a "liquid"? I am 1.5 years post op and going back to liquids for a few days, then soft, then solid, etc in order to get back on track. Do you think miso counts as a liquid? These packets typically have very tinny tofu fragments and tiny amounts of seaweed. I tolerate it well, I just don't want to "cheat".

Should be fine.....
Has lots of sodium like most soups.... make it a little thinner by adding a little more water.....
