Egg and turkey sausage breakfast tortilla
Ingredients:
1 large egg
1 Bob Evans Fully Cooked Breakfast turkey sausage, diced
1/3 Joseph's low carb tortilla
1 tbsp. shredded cheese of your choice (I used mexican blend)
1 tbsp. salsa (I used Pace)
1 tbsp, Chobani nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1. Coat 2 cup microwave safe cereal bowl with cooking spray.
2. Add egg, beat until blended
3. microwave on high for 30 seconds and then stir
4. Fork egg onto tortilla and top with diced sausage, salsa, and cheese
5. Microwave 30 more seconds, fold tortilla over, then fold in sides.
6. Top with Greek yogurt
