Proud of myself
My doctor is probably a stickler for these things but I haven't tracked my food in over a year. However since I was concerned I might be overeating or not getting enough protein I joined my fitness pal today. My day has been excellent I have 66GM of protein in by lunch and still have 250 calories yet to eat. So excited and happy that I am not as far off track as I thought I was.
Now I have to go to the grocery and buy some food to keep me on track!
Side note I am not having issues eating anything as long as I eat it slowly. Technically I am on week 3 of my diet but I am able to eat week 4 foods. Of course all that means is that I am finally eating mushy foods but at least I now have some more flavors to choose from.
