almost 2-1/2 yrs postop..started at 354 lbs *pics
Hey there! I haven't been on the site for a short time. I have had alot going on in my life, but I always like to pop in and share photos to help inspire those women out there who have alot to lose, like i did! It seems impossible at 354 lbs to be able to lose the weight..but I did!
I started at 354 lbs..5'5..size 32 jeans..4xl shirts..11W shoes..11 ring size
now I am in the 180's..size 12 jean..large shirt..9 shoes...8 ring..
I have lost another 2 lbs in the last week..because i decided it was time to drop the cookie here and there habit..and try and lose the last 20 lbs or so I want to lose. I really feel great where I'm at, so I have been eating what i want (I don't allow myself to gain weight..i check the scales daily)..but now I want to see what i can continue to lose.
My sleeve is still working great as far as restriction. I still can only eat 2 to 2-1/2 oz of dense protein and that is a meal for me. I drink right up until i eat, then i cannot drink for at least 20 minutes after eating or i feel as if i will vomit. I can eat anything i choose to eat now (couldn't eat pasta for a long time without it upsetting my stomach). I take that back..too much dairy makes my stomach upset..so i avoid it. If I eat an ice cream cone..i swipe the ice cream off the top..and only eat what is in the cone.

You have done awesome. Congrats. Thanks for posting because it is a bit discouraging to see some people at weights that I'd love to be at and they're just getting the sleeve. When you have a lot more to lose, it can be discouraging. My highest was 303 and I'm not at 293 and want to lose to about 280 or 275, prior to surgery. My paperwork is submitted and waiting on ins approval.
