FYI, once you are to the stage when you can have a little more food in your tummy, here is a great suggestion.  I had it tonight, and I remembered how much I loved it :)

Strawberry parfait
   - 1/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt (ie, Fage)
   - a teaspoon or so of zero calorie vanilla torani syrup
   - 3 medium strawberries, chopped

Combine yogurt and syrup, add strawberries.  Enjoy :)

I had 2.25 ounces of grilled chicken, followed by the parfait, and it was the perfect amount for my 16 month old tummy.  It kept me satisfied for three hours (which is how long I usually go in between meals/snacks).

Can also add an ounce of Kashi Go Lean! Crunch cereal to add some yummy crunchiness!
