my phase 4 foods list mayo as ok to mix with tuna etc,   Is it ok to mix miracle whip instead?

Thanks in advance!

I'm sure it would be fine.
I think the calories are about the same.

Yup, I used a little bit of greek yogurt and lemon juice instead though to save calories/fat, but you can use it.

If plain greek yogurt with seasoning could work for you, you'd be adding more protein in the process of moistening your tuna.

If you can find it Walden Farms makes a mayo that tastes like miracle whip with no calories, carbs or sugar.  If you can't find it in your grocery store you can order it online.

I have always been told yes on mayo, NO on miracle whip.  It is high
in sugar and not a natural low carb fat like mayo.  Ask your Nut or Diet.

I guess.....if you can stomach it.  Miracle Whip makes me vomit.
