Hey all!! I couldn't add text to my pics, the one pic is me at 280 something, the bottom pic is me at 243 and me in orange is at 233
I will be 12 weeksost op next Wednesday
I had no problems w/ my new tummy
I jog now for bout 15 mins non stop couldn't do that before
I shop too much for new clothes
Never heard of the vsg this time last yr and I had not thought about wls. I try to stay focus daily and I have supportive friends.
This was the best decision I made so far
