Hi all,

I do not post much but read your posts. Today I had an appointment with my nutritionist and stepped on the scale to see that I have finally hit the 100 lbs lost mark! I let out a shout for joy and then started to cry. This is a huge milestone and I am celebrating by taking myself to the pool for a swim.

For those of you thinking about having surgery or those early in the process who have had it I can tell you that this is the best thing I have ever done for myself.
