I will be 3 weeks on Tues. OMG that is tomorrow! Time flies. Anyhow I eat about 3 bites of food 4 or 5 times a day. I am really working on my water cuz I am so thirsty.

B hard boiled egg with a little mayo
L 1/2 cup of progreso light soup
d 2 oz of chicken and a large spoon of green beans

I don't think u are eating too much. We are still on softer foods.

I like the scan feature with the phone app. And I create new foods if I can't find them.

I looked at my plan again 2-4 oz at a time of soft foods is it right now. Sounds like you're right on point!

I am almost 2 1/2 weeks since surgery.I have 3 protein shakes a day (4ounces each),4 ounces of cream soup of some sort and try to get in enough water.I add lemon to my water to help with the taste.I used to be a huge water drinker and going from 8 or more glasses a day to sipping water all day is a killer.I am down 20 pounds including my pre-op diet.Im not getting much of anything in right now due to my stomach still being swollen but I am hungry alot,I hope it gets better when the swelling goes down and I can eat regular food!

I was sleeved on 9/12/2012 and feel absolutely marvelous.  My meals consist of:
B: One egg scrambled
L: 2 slices of deli turkey
D: 2 oz of fish and some greens (I prefer brussel sprouts) could probably eat 1 1/2.
I like to snack on sugar free ice pops.

Right now I am down 39lbs and am loving this life!!
