Hello, what a wonderful journey! My only regret is that I wish I did it SOONER! I have had no problems and I have changed my eating habits for the better and always under eat my sleeve!! I am not at goal YET but I will get there. I'm losing slow which is fine! God bless everyone and good luck in your life changing jorney!!
