One Year Ago....
Just a short thank you to my friends on O.H who helped me during this journey. I currently
weigh 115 goal was 120 start weight 204. It has not been an easy journey but having a great support system starting with my loving husband, kids, brothers, and my friends I made it. I'm no longer taking any meds. I'm back to my tiny self and have ended my love affair with food. I now eat to live not live to eat! I enjoy playing with my grandchildren and being healthy. I have shed many tears and laughter along the way but never regretted my decision. Good luck to those starting this journey may you all succeed in having a healthy happy life. Tracey, that is so great! My surgery weight was 203 and my goal is 120 also. I had surgery 6 weeks ago. My goal is to be where you are in 1 year! Thanks for the inspiration. You are awesome.
