11 Months Post VSG W/PICS
Hey all!
Just spent the last 8 months in Afghanistan so getting on here to post updates was not really an option. Either way just wanted to post a quick update. Below are photos of my sons High School JROTC Veterans Day Ceremony, the first one was taken 11/11/11 (1 month prior to my VSG) and the second was taken exactly one year later (11/11/12) with a difference of 86 pounds! I was able to reach my goal weight in just under 8 months!
High blood pressure - GONE! - High Cholesterol - GONE! - Diabetes - GONE! = VSG saved my life! I am also more active now than I have ever been. I currently track just under 6 miles per day walking/running (Tracked via Fitbit).
