Better Than Bouillon Reduced Sodium Chicken Base

i got this at cosco it taste good, i have to try adding protein  powder to it here are the  specs

15 cals, 5 cals from fat

, fat .5g sodium 350 mg, carbss2g protein 1g

 

a little low in protein and high in sodium but taste good , should be good for liquid diet

I use this all the time for cooking.  They also have a Beef flavored that is great.

They actually have a bunch of different flavors including ham, vegetable, mushroom and clam. I love this stuff for making soups or for enhancing bland store-bought stuff. These other flavored can be harder to find though.

I have it in chicken, turkey and vegetable and enjoy them all. I added unflavoured whey powder to it while on clear and full fluids and it kept me from going nuts. There are shakes that I like, but sometimes you just can't handle one more sweet anything.
