My favorite is a nice filet mignon cooked to a perfect medium - yum!

Also enjoy meatballs in a nice tomato sauce, taco meat with some salsa cooked in to keep it extra moist, even a nice roast.  The key is to keep everything nice and moist - so cook to a medium on steaks, low and slow on roasts, and with plenty of sauce for tacos and meatballs!

Now you made me hungry just thinking about all that yummy beef!

The more tender the meat the less you need to cook it. There is a recipe on my blog for what my mother calls shredded beef that works really well as it is very soft. Here is the recipe:

Its a very easy recipe and delicious.
