4 and a half weeks post op and I finally got a whole protein drink down!! Its definitely been a huge challenge to get protein in!
Sometimes the 1st time is the hardest.

Yeah, it may take a while. I was told you start with 4 oz and then go to a regular 8 oz, mixed with fat free milk. I hope I will be able to do it soon after my VSG which is tomorrow.
