Leg cramps
Talk to your surgeon - a 3 months you should be due for Labs anyway. Are you running or exercising heavily? Maybe add a sports drink. Talk to your nut, maybe add half a banana if you are working out and have the calories.

Hi,
I started having really bad leg cramps, foot ankle cramps about 2 months out;initially MD had me add 500 mg of Magnesium a day and that seemed to help; but they came back; had labs done all my electroylytes are good no problem with potassium; seems that I need to push more fluids.....especially when I exercise.....since pushing fluids cramps have gone....so check with your MD and also ask for labs to be done.
