Liquid diet question

I have been on the liquid diet since Monday 12/17. I am running a slight temperature. Is this something to worry about? Or a part of ketosis? <br />

Temp is relative...whats ur temp now? Whats ur temp normally??? Normal is 96.8 _ 98.6.

I am 99.4 and took some ibuprofen about an hour ago.

I started my liquid diet Monday too. It's no joke at all. For the last two days I am feeling very cruddy and run down. Yesterday was my worst day so far and I pray that today is better.

Keep in mind that you are probably detoxing a bit too so your cruddy feeling is largely due to that. Drink lots of water to help flush everything out.

I started on Monday too, but I've been feeling SUPER cold...no fever. I come home from work and bundle up in two blankets by the fire place. It's been about 32 degrees outside here, but maybe it's warmer where you are.
