I have been following Dr orders and following the eating plans.  Getting 90 grams of protein a day, along with atleast 80 ounces of water.  Been out walking as much as work will allow.

It is all paying off, I am down 30 pounds, shirts which fit before are huge now I am happy with the results so far.  Next week i am allowed to add more exercise other than walking and I am kinda looking forward to it

Part of the fluid is the protein shakes 3 x 11 ounces which also give the 90 grams of protein

I also use the 16.9 ounce water bottles I make sure I drink 3 a day, and I am allowed 1 cup of coffee a day 12 ounces so it addes up.

My day starts at 6:00 and end around 11:00 so I have the time in the day to get the fluid in

I am 3 and 1/2 weeks post-op and have been having a very hard time hitting 60 g of protein and 80oz of water.  Can you give a breakdown of what you eat and how much you are eating?  I can only get in about 1/4-1/2cup of food in at a time.  I am lactose intolerant and can't drink that many of the shakes.  Any suggestions?

Congrats on the weight loss!  I'm at 27# down!  I agree the walking really does help and adding other exercise has really helped me too!
