Just curious, does anyone have any experiences they can share after having a sandwich with oven baked flatbread

I'm two weeks out also. Can we have a small sandwich? That sounds so amazingly good right now!

I don't think a sandwich is on our menu just yet.

on my plan, any type of bread is a no-no until maintenance...but what does YOUR plan say?

My plan doesn't specific no breads or breads on maintenance. I will have to ask my NUT next week when I go.

I am 19 days out and my plan doesn't allow breads, pastas, rice, et****il after 9 weeks but in very small limited quantities.

I just reread my plan, it does say I can have whole grain pasta, whole grain rice and whole grain bread in Stage 4. Which begins for me this Saturday.

There you go, just stick with your plan. Every Dr. is different. My plan is basically 3 stages. 1st stage is 1 full week of liquids. 2nd stage is mushies (weeks 2-4), 3rd stage is softs (weeks 5-8) and the 4th stage is back to regular everything.

So very different for everyone! I am tired of the mushie stage already! devil

I'd advise to you avoid those foods until you hit your goal.

They're just going to displace protein, slide though your stomach faster, and spike your insulin levels (which promotes hunger and fat storage).

Just my advice.
