5 months post op pics!

So I finally made it into onederland this month! Yay! This morning I weighed in at 194.8. I started my 2 week pre-op diet at 271. So that's a loss of 76.2 lbs at 5 months out. I'm pleased but I def need to get back on track... The holidays are killing me!... This month I only lost 7 lbs... So I'm gonna say it now and own it...

I will lose more weight this month!! & I will meet all my daily requirements and exercise!!
