Whats your goal for the new year?

5 months out today and down 93 pounds that's not too bad but my goal for the new year is to lose 77 more pounds, exercise in some way everyday, get in more protein on a daily bases and just be a happier and healthier me. Figured out how to add pictures so here it goes. Happy New Year everyone!!!!!

My goal to is to get my sleeve! 

Lose the regain from being unbanded.

Give up my wine (started sipping after being unbanded.)

Regular exercise of some sort (out work mostly)

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

-To start my new health eating habits as soon as I can get real food again!!

-Try to stay away from fast food.

- Get a gym membership and go at least 3 times per week.

Loose 50+ more pounds (down 102 so far) by March 12th which will be my 1 year post-op. Exercise 3 to 4 days a week using my free gym membership. Paint my bedroom/bathroom and organize my house.
