I snuck my protein in!

So I am not so great about protein shakes (yuck) BUT I tricked myself today and I loved it.    I took a large box of sugar free choc pudding and mixed it with fat free skim milk and 2 scoops of unflavored protein.  I mixed it up and poured it into nine Dixie Cups...and made good old fashioned pudding pops.  OMG...I didn't taste the protein and it works for a snack or a meal.  They each have about 50 calories, 10g. of protein, and 4 carbs.  They disguise the protein and are fun to eat.  They take about four hours to freeze.  I don't know if this will help anyone else who hates the taste of those protein drinks...but I can't wait to experiment with other flavors...lol!

Great job!!

I had a hard time finding a protein powder I could take - I ended up going to Max protein - I have a scoop in my morning coffee daily now, and that works for me.
