2 Weeks away!!!

Well today is the 2 week mar****il my surgery but it's also means I start my 2 week liquid diet!!! I went to the doctor yesterday and thank GOODNESS he said I could have tomato soup bc chicken broth makes me want to vomit! I'm getting oh so excited that my surgery is sooooo close!!!!!

Goal of 180 (240 lost) reached at 18 months 10 days on 4/.20/13. 57% body weight lost@180. Now on maintenance. Low weight 169.

The best of luck to you! I'm also 2 weeks away. Isn't it exciting? Been on Optifast since December 26. You will get used to the liquid diet in just a few days.

Good luck!!!! You gonna do great! I hope it fly's by too for you! I go see the surgeon tomorrow to get my date hoping to have it beginning Feb. Good luc****ep us posted!!!
