almost 5 years out and I'm gaining
Hey guys I had my sleeve on 6/26/08. The best thing i have ever done. However i have been gaining some weight back and
my blood pressure is spiking. I just joined the gym again last night and plan on going faithfully. However i need some help with food choices. I was doing those frozen WW or Lean Cuisine's but the sodium is not goo for me. I would appreciate any recipes and gym techniques

At 5 years out, they may have some good suggestions for you.
I suggest that you keep you water/fluid intake high (shoot for 100 ounces a day). Make protein first at every meal. I'm guessing you need to de-carb. Only allow carbs that are plant-based - i.e. veggies.

And it would be good to make up a batch and freeze in portions, making your own frozen dinners.
Definitely sounds like what you are eating and frozen foods like that are never good except for an occassional meal. I cook on Sunday for what I am going to eat for the week and then I can control what goes in it. As for recipes good low carb recipes and you will find thousands of sites that will provide you with tons. This forum has tons of posts with site suggestions too.
For blood pressure I would recommend Hibiscus Tea. Its quite tasty and it is super healthy for you and it helps to lower BP as well. I think just cutting out the processed foods you are eating and getting some exercise will help to bring it down.
