Six months ago today I had a revision to VSG.  I have lost 57 pounds and gone from a 18W to a 12.  I will be honest when I say that I was hoping to be at goal of 145 by now.  I really thought I would lose this 80+ pounds faster.  I don't blame my sleeve at all.  I blame myself.  My sleeve has done exactly what it is suppose to do by keeping me from eating too much.  It does not keep me from making bad food choices.  I have done that on my own.  Today I have decided to up the water, protein, workouts and try to stop the snacking in between meals.  I want to see a big loss before my birthday on April 16th and am so ready for goal!!!

Awesome job!  I too have made some poor food choices lately but I have decided to get back on track and am down 4 pounds in the last 2 days!  Good luck with your goal and keep up the good work!

Thank you both for your honesty.  IMVHO it's helpful to others when a person posts of such a problem and  shows the initiative to return to the good choices that were working before.  I'll be cheering both of you on as you get back on track!
