almost 3 yrs postop..from 354lbs to 185..very happy!

Hey everyone! I haven't been by here in awhile, just got busy with life i suppose.  My divorce was final this past September.  I have moved out into my own place, trying to find a job..and just figuring out what i want to do when i grow up!! lol

I will be 3 yrs postop April 16th...and i can hardly believe it's already been that long.  I am still losing when i put in the effort.  Just dropped 7 pounds in the last month. I am finally at the point where i want to get off another 20 pounds.  I've been scared of what my skin would be like if i lost more, so i just maintained and stayed where i was.  I am very happy with being a size 12...down from a size 32 jean.

I do have alot of excess skin.  My inner thighs..and batwings..those are the worst.  Stomach isn't too bad at all.

I started at 354 lbs..a size 32 jean and 4xl top...a  56 BMI..i am only 5ft 5inches.  My ring size has went down from an 11 to a 7-1/2..my shoe size from an 11W to a 9...totally crazy!! lol

I still have great restriction.  I can only eat 2-3oz for a meal.  I cannot drink after eating..for at least 20 minutes or i feel like i will puke.  That part is still hard..having to go to dinner..and wait until a little later then having to stop and get myself a drink..hate that.  I still never feel hungry.  I have never had any issues with acid reflux..and never taken anything for it. 

I am just very happy!!

What a remarkable transformation!! You look fabulous!  I really love seeing these before/after stories and pics because it gives me much more confidence in my decision and helps with the nerves about my upcoming surgery.
