Today I made my Doctor's goal WT down 95 lbs
WOW finally I made my doctor's goal for me. It's been a long haul but so worth the trip. I've been very lucky with no complications. I am going to savor today and then get started on my own goal wt for myself another 41 lbs and I will do if it no matter how long it takes. I couldn't have reach this or any goal without all the support here on OH thank you all for your posts, pictures and advise.
