So I started my pre op liquid diet on 1/15/13 and had surgery on 1/29/13......As of today I have dropped 38lbs and FINALLY under 300!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm 298! I haven't been under 300 in SO long! Also I can finally eat some foods and NOT get sick WOOT WOOT! I'm most definitely taking it slow with the foods bc I don't want to be back where i was a week ago!

Just wanted to share! YAY!
