Congrats on getting your date. My surgery is on Tuesday so my nerves have definitely taken over! Super happy too that my surgeon only requires a 1 day clear liquid diet. Good luck to you...

You're welcome and you go to your profile then click the health tracker tab then there is a tab for tickers and widgets and you can set it up from there. Hope this helps. :) Oh and to add when you post you just check the box that says add to message board signature it is on the right side of the first page when you set up your ticker where you put in your starting weight.
