Had my 6 month post op check up and my surgeon was very happy with how I was doing.  I think I'm losing slow but have lost 60 pounds in 6 months so not too shabby!  I woke up this morning an weighed and am now OVERWEIGHT no longer OBESE!!!    He did suggest upping the amount of protein that I eat from 2-3 ounces to 4-6 ounces so that I can get a handle on the urge to snack.  Only 27 more pounds to go to goal!!
