Night Before Surgery!

Well this time tomorrow I will be sleeved!!! I'm very nervous and excited at the same time! Any last minute advice I should know before the surgery? I also want to say Thank You for being so supportive and helpful, it's been amazing to find such a great group of people who understand the struggles of weight loss. I will see you all on the other side ♥

It really is true the more you walk the better you will feel. No matter how crappy you feel at the moment, just do it! Day after surgery sucked, but I walked my butt off and the next morning, ALL of my pain was gone! It was heaven!
