Two weeks out today.

Had my two week follow-up visit with the surgeon yesterday. Pretty boring really, no pain, no nausea, no vomiting. He said it was a perfect textbook example of the surgery and he was glad his resident was in the OR to see it. My vitamin D level was low in my preop test, so they put me on a weekly D vitamin. Next follow-up is in a month. I'm down 26 pounds since the surgery and down 71 pounds since my first surgeon's visit in August.

Congrats on your weight loss! I am on the 50,000 Vit D capsules also and my surgery is next week. I was curious if they were going to switch me to liquid. I guess they didnt for you. Any issues taking the capsules post-op?

I haven't had any problems with capsules, they've had me on capsules since I was actually in the hospital.
