Did the surgeon give you guidelines on what to take? Each dr may have a slightly different protocol. I take 2 multis with iron, 1000 mg Ca Citrate, Vit D, B12, B complex. Some brands bothered my tummy initially too, but it got much better with time. I tried many different brands before I settled on right ones for me. Best wishes.

Follow your doctor's recommendation.  I take sublingual B-12, One a day Vita Gummies, Calcium.  I didn't start the calcium until I was 6 weeks out.  I am now also taking a Fiber gummy which helps a lot.

Fiber Advance, you take two a day.  I take one in the morning and one at night when I take my other vitamins.  I have been regular everyday.  My daughter kept complaining about being constipated and it took two days to kick in for her but now she is feeling better.  Her problem is that she is getting ready to leave for the military and is not drinking enough!

You are still very early out.  I was taking Bariatric Advantage chewables a couple weeks out of surgery & they felt like a meal in itself; those Calcium + Vit D are huge!!!

Can you maybe take 1/2 the chewables at a time?  Maybe there is just too much swelling still.  Have you looked into liquid vits?  They might go down easier for now.

My doctor is having me take vitafusion PreNatal Gummy Vitamins twice a day (2 each time - 4 total), Building Blocks Spearmint sublingual spray 1x a day, and Calcium Citrate.

I was sleeved 2/11 and it was just yesterday that I finally felt like I turned a corner.  My energy isn't what it used to be, but I can feel myself getting stronger.  The biggest key to getting stronger is pushing protein.
