Update
I figure any time you don't gain it's a good time. Sometimes our bodies need to just chill for awhile to catch up with itself. Maybe try different exersize or go for a little longer time, just to confuse your muscles for a change. The last 20-30 lbs seem to be the hardest and take the longest, so hang in there, don't give up, just keep working at it!

I haven't yet scheduled my surgery, but I am 5'2" as well and weigh about 270. I weighed between 140 and 150 in my 20s and wore a size 10 or 12 then...I hope you meet your goal of 125, but I am thinking of 150 as my own goal...if I could weigh 150 and fit in a size 10 or 12 again, I would be jumping for joy--literally
