Signs of being full
Ok, the other day I asked the question about being able to recognize "restriction" when I have not ever been able to recognize full. I got some pretty great answers on that one. Here is another....
What are the signes of being full after surgery? I've heard burping and a runny nose. Are there others?
I can feel my stomach restriction, but I also get a single hiccup when I've gone too far... I try to stop before I get the hiccup. best advice: measure your food!

I belch but then again for some reason I belch a lot since surgery. That is my first cue, and like others I try to stop just shy of that point because I have learned the hard way that is very painful and puking. You may not sense anything at first so just measure carefully. Start with less than you think you can eat because it can surprise you.
You are not alone in the burping club. I can't even eat foods yet and I'm already belching up a very dignified and ladylike storm--and that's just from water/tea/protein shakes. Whee!
I have a basement but don't dwell in it full time.
