chewable fiber supplement?
Any suggestions? I'm feeling desperate for some fiber...and I don't particularly want gummies...powdered is okay...but at this point pooping is more important!

I feel your pain, same thing happened to me and I ended up using suppositories. They worked to get things started. Also, I don't know where you are in your journey but I also used ground flaxseed in my oatmeal and yogurt. The flaxseed helps. I really miss vegetables, can't wait to eat them again.

Fill with 24 oz water. Add in one serving Miralax and 3tsp of the mix in generic clear fiber. Then I add some Mio to it. Shake it up and add ice. It really just tastes like a Mio drink.
If you don't mix Miralax with enough water, it tastes oily lol
thanks for the suggestions ladies...I'd love to go the food route, but my input amounts are so small that I am still limiting myself to almost only protein. (and brocoli last time I tried it was a SERIOUS no-go--VERY disappointing).
I've done miralax so It's not an urgent issue anymore, but want something to maintain the progress I made...off to the store to get something benefiber orMetamucil...
When you can manage a bit more volume, Quest bars are loaded with an average of 16 grams of fibre, as well as 20 grams of protein. Lots of people find them a worthwhile way to plan some fibre into their days.

I am on soft foods now to help me not vomit. But, last week I took fresh spinach and sauteed it in olive oil, and fresh garlic. Then I threw doe feta cheese on top, and transferred it to my food processor while still warm, and chopped and blended it up into a sort of baby food consistences, for tiny bites. I think it really helped and I will make this again.
