Good afternoon OH family, quick update I'm almost 8 months out and I'm down 111 lbs!!!! This was the best move I could have ever done!!! I just want to take this time out to thank everyone on this site for helping me on my trip to joy, life, and good health! I couldn't done with you and all the post!!!
