Calling Elina! I need your help please.
I visited your profile for recipes, because I know you have many soups on there. I have tried your green chicken soup..not a fan. Nothing against you of course, just didn't work for me. I really wanted it to! lol Anyways!! I know you have other soups that sounded fabulous! I need something high in protein, yet low in calorie. Something I can eat all day long and not feel guilty about it. I am in a forever stall...seriously! Since January, no loss. Yeah. Ok so I went to your profile, got to page two, then it wouldn't let me get any further! HELP! :] Send me some links or something pretty please! Thank you!!!
Obviously I'm not Elina, but I'm going to suggest you keep trying soup--just not that exact soup. The the concept--boil chicken and veggies, take out chicken, purree veggies, shred and put chicken back in--and change it to suit your tastes. Add the seasonings you love. Throw in some salsa. Or make a batch of "blank" soup (without distinctive seasoning) and then break it into smaller batches and make them all different.
I made a huge batch of chicken soup with celery, onion, and cauliflower a while ago. I froze most of it. Sometimes I eat it as is (just tastes like chicken soup). Sometimes I add salsa for "tortilla" soup. Sometimes I put in curry powder or Italian seasoning or whatever sounds good. Play with it and find what works for you. :) Sou******iously difficult to mess up as long as you start with things you like.
Here are some good links that may help//////

Have you tried increasing protein and water? (I know, prob a silly question)
Good luck!
You survived what you thought would kill you. Now straighten your crown and go forward like the Queen you are!
I had the same problem on page two of Elina's profile when i was trying to find the recipes..on the second page there is a table showing the nutritional breakdown of the last recipe at the bottom of that page. The browse pages "next page" button is inside that table, so is the Archive. It's just a formatting issue but if you click the next button or the Archives, that will take you to the other pages. By the way, her Southwest Soup is AWESOME and I make it really spicy!
Good luck!
