Soy protein

After getting sick off the whey protein my doctor started me on soy protein isolate. It's been about 4 hours & so far I feel awesome! I wish the surgeon would had switched me much sooner bc I truly suffered on that whey!

BTW..I broke my plateau & lost 10lbs after stalling for 4 weeks! I now have a 50lb lost...so happy

Good for you.  There is also Egg White protein that's made by Jay Robb, I have a friend who can't do the whey that swears by it.  Also you can make shakes using greek yogurt, cottage cheese or ricotta cheese with a little almond milk and flavorings.

Really?! Do I add any protein into it? I need all the help I can get. Thank you so much Ms. Shell...this journey is only for the tough & brave. Fo real! Lol
