The incredible shrinking Ken...

Well I was so excited have figured out the side by side photo, but I can't seem to get it on this post.. grrrr.  Anyway, I wanted to brag about my husbands success so far.  He has now lost 109 pounds from his heighest weight.  He's doing great and I'm a proud wife.  The before and 3 months post op photo is on my profile since I can't figure out how to post it here.

I like the fact he has his head turned toward the camera and has a smile on his face in the 3 month post op picture! He is doing great! I bet you are SO proud of him. Tell him congratulations!

109 in 3 months??  cant be.  must have lost a bunch before right?

His top weight was 387 and he lost some during the dietitian process, down to 365.  He started his liquid diet at 365 and got down to 341 on his surgery date.  He is now 278.   So he has lost 109 lbs in all.

still 21 lbs a month since surgery.  that's fantastic.
